CONDITION
Items have been sent to Furnishhh from Sofa.com as ‘Grade A’ new stock (i.e. missed delivery dates, cancelled or returned) and while we endeavour to find and identify any flaws, it is possible that some items may have the odd minor dust mark (if the wrapping has been damaged) or a rub mark (on velvet for example).
CAN I TRY IT?
While we have a small number of sofas to view and try at our Bourton-on-the-Water warehouse, in much the same way as had you ordered directly from the manufacturer, most of the new large items are stored at a separate distribution warehouse which is not open to the public. However, if the sofa is not as described or you are not completely satisfied with it when it arrives, we will, of course, take it back and refund you, without quibble!

RETURNS & REFUNDS
For orders placed online (i.e. without first viewing):

If the sofa is not as described when it arrives, we'll take it back with no quibbles!

Otherwise, after we leave, returns are accepted (with no reason needed, but at buyers expense) if you tell us within 14 days of receipt of the item, provided it has not been used and it is returned in the same condition it was in when it was received.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back from you.
